We stayed at the SnowFun Wine Chalet during the summer. The best hiking and mountain biking trail entrance is behind the house and goes all the way to mid mountain. My husband fished the Weber River on Tuesday and the Provo River on Thursday with great success. On Saturday we took a breathtaking hot air balloon ride over the valley and mountain range. Every day we came back and enjoyed our wine and relaxed in the jacuzzi. Not sure we could top this trip!
